All submissions must meet the following requirements.

✓ The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).

✓The submission file is LaTeX document file format.  The template can be downloaded here: https://www.overleaf.com/read/ymtywtbrbkjw#11acc4.  If you are having trouble with the template or have questions on how to use LaTeX, please reach out to the UPNEAR Editorial Team at PANEUPNEAR@westpoint.edu.

✓Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.  Editors will verify the links for all references.

✓The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.

✓ The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines (To Be Published).

✓ A Title Page has been uploaded as a separate file and includes the manuscript title, number of figures and tables, word counts for both the abstract and full manuscript, and a 220-character (with spaces) social media caption for possible use on West Point Press social media channels if the article is accepted for publication.

✓ A Disclosures Page has been uploaded and lists the following, if applicable:

• Artificial intelligence (AI) tools used and how they were used.

• If human research participants were involved, the IRB approval status and date.

Final submission template will be posted. (Coming Soon)
